This service is available from any fixed line, mobile phone or payphone.

Residential Services

Your Registered Customers will not have to dial their PIN every time they wish to make a phone call. Our System will automatically recognize their home number and identify them (ANI).

International Callback, SMS Callback, Web Callback, Caller ID Callback

Our Calling Card and PIN services can be used also in a Callback mode fro any country. Calls can be initiated with by “bipping” a number in the USA , Europe , or other geographical zone.

EUROTELSAT VoIP Billing offers 4 types of Callback Services: Classic Callback, Callback Caller ID, Web Callback, and SMS Callback. Local Access numbers are available in most part of the world including Africa , Polynesia and the Caribbean . This solutions bypass some of constrains set up by local operators.

computer2phone

All Accounts created using our Online Software (Calling Card, PIN, ) can be used also with a PC2Phone. This service usually works with a client software or “softphone” installed on a PC, Mac or Linux. The “SoftPhone” can be personalized with your own Logo and your Company's information.

VoIP SIP H323 Services for VoIP Adaptors and IP Phones

All PIN made using our Online Software can be used on VoIP Terminals, IP Phones and VoIP Gateways. Using VoIP terminals your customers will be able to dial directly without the need to enter their PIN.

Incoming and Outgoing Calls using Virtual Numbers

Virtual Numbers are provided using SIP technology. It allows you to provide phone numbers in any of 50 countries around the world. Each number is rented. Your customers will also rent those numbers for you for a monthly fee.

As a provider, your company can offer different types of plan to meet your customers' need. For example, they may select the number of minutes per destinations ( USA 400 minutes, Europe 200 minutes and so on) . They may also opt for a dollars amount of consumption per destination ( USA $20, Europe $40, and so on). Your company has also the ability to offer unlimited calls toward any destination, or Free of Charge Calls between all your customers on your network.

EUROTELSAT VoIP Billing includes an account manager for Callshop. It does provide both options: VoIP Callshop or Callback Callshop. It can be used for billing purposes also with PC using Soft phone.

EUROTELSAT VoIP Billing Software Interface

This page is the front page. Here you can see quickly all the functions that are available. Important data are readily visible: Account balance, Minutes sold, Month, Cost and Profit Margin. Also available: Number of PIN, Callback lines, VoIP lines, GSM lines and Access Numbers in use.

Rates Management Tools

This interface is where prices are set for all communications. This software manages the cost for outgoing calls and access numbers. It also allows the use of multiple price lists and setting minute prices by series.



Setting Call Prices Per Destination

On this page, one is able to set a minute price for each destination. Purchase price, Resell price and Profit Margin are always visible. Destination calls that are not profitable are shown in Orange to bring about your attention. The software allows also to set surcharge for each destination.




Setting Billing Parameters for Services or PINs

EurotelSat VoIP Billing allows you to provide and manage many Telecommunication services. In the case below, Phone Card Template, you are able to set all the parameters: prices, increments, taxes, surcharges, IVR languages, and so on.



Creation, Activation and Pin Management

This page is where one will create and activate PINs. One is able to search each PIN individually.

Once a PIN has been found, one can view the details of Calls made and the profit margin per call.



Creating an Agent or Reseller's Account

With a few clicks, accounts can be created for agents and resellers. One is able to select his mode of payment: pre-paid or post-paid for each account. Search for specific account is also possible.

Setting Rental Fee for Virtual Numbers (option)

The following page provides the tools necessary to set the rental rate for Virtual Numbers. It also provides management of other cost associated with it: start up fees, ATA, and so on.




Creating and Setting a VoIP Line with a Fixed Virtual Number (option)

One is able to create a Virtual Number and to attach it to a VoIP line. This process will connect the Virtual Number to the customer adapter or SIP Phone (Box, ATA). Once the MAC address is entered, our software will automatically configure the adapter remotely.

Printing Billing Statements for Customers

This interface allows the management of billing statements as well as the automatic recharge of customers' accounts.
