Using 6 different calling modes, your clients may dial from any country toward any destination. Customers may dial out using Phone Card, Residential line, Callback, SMS Callback, Web Callback, VoIP Adaptors, IP phones, computer2phone.

Direct Dial Using a Calling Card with a Local Access or a Toll Free Number.  

This service can be access using a hard line, a cell phone or a payphone..

Call Script:
1. Dial Access Number
2. Enter PIN and Press #
3. Enter Destination Number followed by #

To cancel ongoing call or make a one Press **

Language Available are: French, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Hakes, Serbian, Bosnian, South Korean.

IVR allows the customers to pick their language of choice and provides accurate account information (available time).
ANI allows customers to dial directly their destination number without the need to dial their PIN again.

Callback Services

1- Dial callback access number
2- Hang up on the first ring
3- Wait and Pick up after ring, dial your PIN followed by “#”
4- Dial destination number: Country code pays + destination number + “#”
To cancel a call or dial another number press “**”

ANI allows customers to dial directly their destination number without the need to dial their PIN.

SMS Callback

1- Send message SMS to your SMS access number
2- Sript: Authorization Code +PIN + Destination Number
Exemple :
If Authorization Number = 1
If your PIN = 12345678910
If Destination Number = 4412345678
Then Enter SMS as follow: 1 12345678910 4412345678
3- Callback system will call you back connecting you directly with your destination.
This service is available world wide.

Web Callback

1- Get online and sign up on the Client page.
2- Click on “ TRIGGER CALLBACK ”
3- Fill in “Callback Number” & “Destination Number”, click “TRIGGER”
4- You will be called immediately and connected to your destination.

VoIP Calls (adaptor, box, gateways phone IP SIP & H323)

1- Plug in your adaptor, gateway or IP phone
2- Pick up and wait for EUROTELSAT tone
3- Dial destination number: Country Code + Destination Number + “#”

Computer2phone - Using Your PC to Dial a Fixed or Mobile line

1- Download software (dialer)
