Dial an International phone number

To dial any PSTN phone number that is outside of the NANP (North American Numbering Plan), you must dial: 011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone number

Dial a United States or Canada phone number
To dial any PSTN phone number that is part of the NANP (North American Numbering Plan), you must dial: 1 + Area Code + Phone number

Access to Voicemail
You can receive your Voicemail by calling 8500 from any phone connected to our network.
In addition, you can login to the User Control Panel and hear your voicemail messages using your computers speakers or headset.

You can login to the Control Panel to hear your voicemail messages, chose you forwarding options, detailed User Guide.


Echo Test - Dial 600
Test your audio connection to the server.

Who Am I - Dial 8400
Say the phone number you are dialing from.

Voicemail Dial 8500
Check your voicemail messages.

Conference Room - Dial 87000
Join a conference call in room 000.

Device Configuration

Proxy: sip.eurotelsat.com
Domain realm: sip.eurotelsat.com
Outbound proxy: leave blank but if you have to have it use: sip.eurotelsat.com
User name: your 7 digit EurotelSat virtual number
Password: your EurotelSat SIP password
Name: your name
Register port: 5060
Registration interval: 300 seconds or 5 minutes
Register with proxy: yes
Make call without registration: no
Receive call without registration: no
